Truro man arrested after province-wide arrest warrant issued

A Truro man wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant in connection to a sexual assault has been arrested.

Mounties said 55-year-old Brent Eugene Fox has been charged with a sexual assault in Valley, Colchester County in October 2021.

Fox has been charged with sexual assault and two counts failure to comply with an undertaking.

Fox was held in custody and is appearing this morning in Truro Provincial Court.
