Gas prices shift upwards slightly overnight in Nova Scotia

Nova Scotians are waking up to a slight bump in gas prices today.

The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board increased the price of regular self-serve gas up by one cent to 153.7 cents per litre overnight.

In its weekly adjustment however, diesel prices were untouched by the provincial regulator so that fuel remains 186.3 per litre.

This time last year, the price of gasoline was 1.47 and diesel was 1.92 per litre.
