Police doing training on Portland St. Wednesday

You can expect to see an increased police presence in downtown Dartmouth on Wednesday.

In a release, Halifax Regional Police said its officers along with members of the RCMP’s emergency response team will be conducting training exercises in the 0-100 block of Portland St.

The training is expected to begin in the day and last through the evening.
