After two weeks of drops, fuel prices jump overnight in N.S.

Nova Scotians are waking up to higher fuel prices this morning.

The provincial regulator pushed the price for regular self-serve gasoline up by 5.6 cents to 163.6 per litre at midnight.

Diesel also saw a jump with that price now set at 198.9, an increase of 6.7 cents.

This time, last year, the price of gas was $1.56, and diesel was $1.63.
