By CityNews Halifax Staff

Nova Scotia woke up to slightly higher fuel prices Friday.

In its weekly adjustment, the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board pushed the price of self-serve regular gas up 0.8 cents to 176.4.

Diesel also saw a slight jump overnight, increasing 1.3 cents to now sit at 175.4 cents per litre.

This time last year, we were paying 1.49 for gas and 1.38 for diesel.
