Sarah McLachlan announces Halifax show as part of anniversary tour

Sarah McLachlan is coming to Nova Scotia this winter.

The Halifax-born artist announced the Canadian leg of her ‘Fumbling Towards Ecstasy’ 30th Anniversary Tour on Friday.

McLachlan will perform at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax on Tues. Nov. 5. She’ll be doing a show in Moncton the night before.

Acoustic harmony trio Tiny Habits will be opening for McLachlan on the Canadian leg of her tour.

The tour is described as a celebration of McLachlan’s ‘Fumbling Toward Ecstasy’ album, which topped the Canadian charts after its release in 1993. McLachlan will be playing that album and some of her other favourites at the shows.

Tickets will be on sale on Fri. May 31 at 10 a.m. Some pre-sales will be happening as well, starting on May 28.
