Diesel prices jump, gasoline unchanged in weekly Nova Scotia fuel adjustments

By CityNews Halifax Staff

The price of gasoline in Nova Scotia remains at 168.8 cents per litre, as of this morning.

There was no adjustment made to the price of regular self-serve gas in the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board’s weekly update at midnight.

Diesel wasn’t as lucky however as the price of that fuel increased 4.7 cents to now rest at 173.2 cents per litre.

Last week, Nova Scotia experienced a drop in both gasoline and diesel at the pumps.

This time last year, Halifax residents were paying 1.53 for gas and 1.38 for diesel.
