The investigation continues into a crash that claimed the life of a 90-year-old man on Monday in Antigonish County.
The RCMP says the crash happened on Highway 4 in James River.
An SUV heading eastbound on the highway crossed the centre line at a curve in the road and collided head-on with a semi-truck, according to police.
The 90-year-old driver of the SUV, a man from Heatherton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck was not physically injured, police say.
The Medical Examiner is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
