Gas prices remain steady; diesel drops overnight in N.S.

By CityNews Halifax Staff

The province is heading into the weekend without an adjustment to the price of gas this morning.

The regulator did not make any changes to the price of regular self-serve gasoline in its weekly adjustment so it remains at 171.2 cents per litre.

Diesel, however, saw a slight move downward and dropped by 1.2 cents to now sit at 171.4 cents.

This time last year, Nova Scotians were paying 1.84 for gas and 1.88 for diesel.
