RCMP continue to investigate fatal weekend crash on Hwy. 103

A 28-year-old woman from Conquerall Mills is dead after a crash between a car and possibly two semi-tractor trailers on the weekend.
The incident occurred in Martins River on Highway 10 just after 10 a.m., closing Highway 103, between exits 10 and 9, for several hours.
The RCMP say a Mazda CX-5 travelling westbound collided with one, possibly two, semi-tractor trailers—one travelling east and the other travelling west.
The mounties say the 28-year-old driver and sole occupant of the Mazda was pronounced dead at the scene.
An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
