Experts descend upon Yarmouth this weekend for the Shag Harbour UFO XPO

Canada’s most famous and important UFO case will be the focus of a convention in Yarmouth this weekend.
In 1967, several witnesses in Shag Harbour claimed to have seen bright lights disappear into the ocean, including RCMP officers.
It became a case that has spurred interest and has never been solved. As a result, the Shag Harbour UFO XPO was created in order to bring together people to examine and analyze the bizarre case.
As organizer and speaker Chris Styles says, the case draws experts from all over North America to take part in the event in Yarmouth.
“One of the strengths of the case is that it has a paper trail that doesn’t have the controversy of cases like Roswell,” says Styles. “It is part of Canadian history; this happened and it is something I think the field needed and welcomed.”
Styles says this year’s event at the Yarmouth Rodd Grand Hotel includes Bryce Zabel, a renowned journalist and co-host of the popular podcast, Need To Know.
There will also be a motor coach tour to known UFO sites of interest and paid attendees can win prizes, including a limited edition commemorative Canadian silver coin from the “Canada’s Unexplained Phenomena” series, by Royal Canadian Mint.
