By 95.7 News Radio Staff

For a second day in a row, there will be no ferry crossings between Caribou, N.S. and Wood Islands, P.E.I.

According to Northumberland Ferries, all crossings are cancelled until Thursday due to technical issues.

The authority says the issues have to do with the four main engines on the MV Saaremaa and crews are working to restore service as soon as possible.

All customers with reservations on sailings until service is restored on Thursday will be refunded.

Northumberland Ferries says it provide updates on the status of sailings as information becomes available on its website.
