Gas and diesel prices see slight dip overnight in Nova Scotia

Motorists in Nova Scotia will notice a drop in fuel prices today, courtesy of the provincial regulator.

In its weekly adjustment, the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board lowered the price of regular self-serve gas at midnight on Friday by 1.8 cents to 155.9.

Diesel also saw a price drop of 1.6 cents to now sit at 167.5 cents per litre.

One year ago, Halifax residents were paying 1.64 for gas and diesel was 2.11.
