Pair arrested in connection to illegal cannabis storefront in Middle Sackville, RCMP say

The RCMP says two search warrants were executed in recent days at an illegal cannabis storefront in Middle Sackville.

On Wednesday, officers searched the storefront on Sackville Drive near Stanley Street and arrested a 40-year-old man.

“During the search, officers seized cash, electronic mobile devices, unstamped tobacco, illegal cannabis, hashish, and vape products,” police wrote in a news release.

A previous search warrant at that location on Nov. 20 led to the arrest of a 53-year-old man.

Both men have been released on conditions and are facing charges under the cannabis act.
