Macdonald Bridge overnight closures continue Monday night

Closures are scheduled for the Macdonald Bridge and an on-ramp on Monday night.
Halifax Harbour Bridges says the cross-harbour span will be closed for five hours, from midnight until 5 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Also starting Monday night, the Barrington Street on-ramp to the bridge will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. That closure will happen each night from Monday to Thursday this week.
There are several overnight closures scheduled over the coming weeks for the Macdonald Bridge as workers will be removing scaffolding associated with “project lifespan.”
The bridge will be closed again overnight this Wednesday and Friday, and Monday, Wednesday and Friday of next week.
