By Dan Ahlstrand

The downward spiral in the price for gasoline continues in Nova Scotia.

The UARB using its weekly adjustment to lower the minimum price for self serve regular by 7.8 cents at midnight to 71.6.

This most recent drop means that a litre of gasoline is now 34.3 cents cheaper than it was on Mar. 6.

Diesel prices are also down this morning, with the price for fuel declining by 7.7 cents to 82.8.

Twelve months ago we were paying 1.21 for both gasoline and diesel.
