No injuries, police searching for suspect after Fairview shooting

A shooting in Halifax on Tuesday night has Halifax Regional Police searching for a suspect.

Police say the incident happened on Gebhart St. in the Fairview area, just after 7 p.m. Police say a home had been shot at, but no one was injured.

The suspect is described as a man around 30 or 40 years old with a light complexion, according to police. He’s about 5’10 with an average build and was wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

Anyone with information is asked to reach out to police or Crime Stoppers.
