Hour 1: Heather Mulligan, Canadian Cancer Society’s manager of advocacy, is sounding the alarm about youth vaping rates in Nova Scotia and what the organization sees as a lack of action by the provincial government to do something about it. Registered psychologist Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley discusses the extra back-to-school anxiety this year blamed on a stressful summer in the Maritimes. Raymond Sheppard, African Nova Scotian veteran and social justice and human rights activist discusses the Lionel Desmond inquiry, which is set to resume for at least a day of hearings next week.
