No change to gas prices, diesel sees slight increase

The price of gas remained stable after the Nova Scotia Energy Board did not make any changes in its weekly adjustment.

Self-serve regular gasoline remains at 127.5 cents per litre as of Friday.

The board did alter the price of diesel however, which increased by less than a cent to 155.1

According to the Nova Scotia Energy Board, the most significant changes in weekly pump prices occur as a result of changes in the NYMEX market price and changes in the value of the Canadian dollar.

This time last year, we were paying 1.60 for gas, 1.81 for diesel.
