New Brunswick boy subject of Amber Alert found safe (update)

RCMP say they have located a 6-year-old boy who had been the subject of an Amber Alert in New Brunswick.

He was found in the Whitney area, near Miramichi and is safe.

A 33-year-old woman has been taken into police custody.

Mounties say they will release more information when it's available.
