It will be open to the public and those attending are asked to be in their seats by 1:30 p.m. for the 2 p.m. service.
Those who can't make it in person can watch a livestream through Facebook or YouTube.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced the day of Queen Elizabeth II's funeral will be a federal holiday and a national day of mourning.
The Monday holiday will be for federal employees and those in federally regulated industries, but it will be up to provincial and territorial governments to declare if it will be a day off for the remaining workers.
The Queen and her late husband, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh visited Nova Scotia in 1951, 1959, 1976, 1994 and 2010.
