Five members of the Keizer family lost everything in that Cowie Hill fire yesterday morning, they had no insurance.
The Spryfield Sobeys has donated 500 dollars to the family and is taking donations from the public.
The Salvation Army family resource centre in Spryfield is also a main base for those looking to assist.
The Salvation Army is also helping out Kim gates, The Lower Sackville woman whose mobile home burned down a week ago leaving her homeless.
