Conan O’Brien bows out gracefully

Conan O’Brien has ended his time as the host of “The Tonight Show”.
The comedian signed-off for the final time as the host of the legendary late night program on Friday night, but not before paying respect to NBC
Conan’s final guests included Will Ferrell, Tom Hanks and Canadian music great Neil Young.
Over the last week Conan took repeated jabs at NBC for their decision to replace him with former Tonight Show host Jay Leno, but last night the red-haired comedian had words of affection for the peacock network.
“This company has been my home for most of my adult life,” he said. “I am enormously proud of the work we’ve done together, and I want to thank NBC for making it all possible.”
Conan wrapped up the show playing guitar in a musical number that saw him take to the stage with his house band, as well as famous friends Beck, ZZ Top, and Will Ferrell.
He played guitar in a rendition of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Freebird.”
