Police are still looking for two suspects after an attempted abduction in Dartmouth.
Halifax Regional Police Staff Sgt. Barb Saunders says a 25-year-old woman was walking through a parking lot on Tacoma Drive around 1 a.m. Sunday when she was approached by two men in a red four-door sedan.
The two men invited her to get in – and when she refused, they tried to pull her in.
“She managed to escape and called for help at the nearby McDonald’s,” said Saunders.
By the time officers arrived, the two men had fled.
The victim describes the suspects as two white males. She says one appeared to be 25-to-35 years old, with long dark shaggy hair and a medium build.
