N.S. gas prices hovering just under dollar-a-litre mark

Gas prices have gone up, as expected – but are still holding under the dollar-a-litre mark.
Regular self-serve is going for 99.9 in metro today, an increase of 1.8 cents a litre from yesterday.
Diesel prices also went up by nearly three cents to 99.3.
A year ago, we were paying three cents a litre more for gas – but eight cents a litre less for diesel.
