Alleged flasher arrested

The search for a man who was exposing himself to women in parking lots has ended with an arrest.

Complaints came in from Chain Lake Drive on June 13 and 15, and again on June 18 on Lacewood drive.

Constable Brian Palmeter says police have been on his trail since then.

“We had been looking for him for the last couple of weeks after receiving a photograph of the license plate attached to his black Volkswagen GTI,” said Palmeter.

Police say a 26-year-old Montreal man was arrested last evening somewhere in metro.

He’ll be charged with three counts of committing an indecent act.
