Free flu vaccine for all this year

This year’s seasonal flu shots will be free for everyone in Nova Scotia not just people in high-risk groups.

The Health minister says H1N1 could end up being one of the main strains this winter, so everyone should have access to the vaccine.

Influenza season in Nova Scotia typically runs from November to April.
