Dump truck collision results in charges

A man whose car hit a dump truck at Oxford and Oak Streets morning is being charged.

A southbound vehicle crossed the center line and hit the northbound dump truck head-on, and the driver ran off.

Police made an arrest at Jubilee and Connaught. They are charging a 29 year old man with drug-impaired driving and leaving the scene of an accident, plus a series of tickets for driving with no license, no insurance, and crossing the center line.
