Family continues search for missing Alberta couple

EDMONTON (NEWS1130) – It will be a month tomorrow since Lyle and Marie McCann disappeared on their way from Alberta to Abbotsford.  However, the family of the missing couple isn’t giving up hope just yet.

They spent yesterday with dozens of volunteers, handing out posters along a Highway west of Edmonton.  The couple’s son says the family has been overwhelmed with all the support.

The McCann’s were last seen on their way to B.C. on July 3rd.  Thirty-eight year old Travis Edward Vader was named as a ‘person of interest’ in the case, but he has not been charged.
