More charges for alleged urine hurler

The man accused of throwing urine at a neighbour is back in custody.

David Kenneth Gray, 60, was arrested for defying a judge’s order to stay away from his Barrington Street house until his trial.

Three counts of breaching a court order are now added to his nine charges from a June dispute with a neighbour, where he flung urine at her.

Gray will now check in to the Burnside jail. He’s scheduled to go to court in November.
