Two mugged in separate incidents

Two people walking in Halifax lost their belongings after two separate muggings Thursday night.
Both incidents took place around 11 o’clock.
The man was walking near Bayers Road and Romans Avenue when he passed a group of youths.
One of them punched him in the gut and stole his backpack. The man was unable to provide a description of his attacker.
Meanwhile, over on Robie Street near Lady Hammond a woman was pushed down by two men and had her purse stolen.
Both are described as white men around the age of 18 to 24.
