A preliminary inquiry will be held in March for the Timberlea man charged with first-degree murder in the December 2005 killing of Paula Gallant.
Gallant’s husband, Jason MacRae, was arrested at his home on Aug. 17, almost five years after police found Gallant’s body in the trunk of her car, parked at BLT School.
MacRae’s lawyer told provincial court that all the evidence against his client had been disclosed by the Crown.
Provincial court Judge Bill Digby scheduled the hearing for five days, starting March 2.
On Thursday, MacRae’s lawyer withdrew an application for bail.
