One million dollar advent calendar

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The advent calendar is getting a bit of a makeover.

Don’t expect pieces of partially melted chocolate hidden behind little cardboard doors in this posh version. London’s Harrods department store has revamped the calendar to be worth almost a million dollars. You could pick up a $139,000 watch, a speed boat, or even a designer kitchen as a prize.

The masterpiece is almost two meters tall and made of brushed aluminum. There only five available around the world; one for each continent.
