A quick thinking Tim Horton’s customer helped police catch a robber.
A man with a knife threatened the clerk at the Lacewood store around 11:30 Wednesday night.
While the suspect was emptying the cash the clerk leaned out the drive-through window and told a customer the store was being robbed.
The driver activated his On-star and 911 was called.
Police arrived in time to catch the robber, who still had the cash in his pockets.
A 37-year-old man is in custody facing robbery charges.
