Gas prices expected to rise slightly

Gas prices aren’t expected to change significantly this week.

News 95.7 is predicting an increase of a penny or less when regulated prices are adjusted tonight.

Regulare self-serve is currently going for $1.16.5 in metro – 15 cents more than at this time last year.

According to gasbuddy.com the average gas price in Canada is currently $1.13.0 a litre.

In New Brunswick, the price of gas dropped by four-tenths of a cent overnight to $1.09.5 in Saint John.

Diesel prices didn’t change.
