MLA’s house sold in foreclosure auction

A sheriff’s auction today put a punctuation mark on another sentence in the ongoing story of independent MLA Trevor Zinck.

Zinck has had problems with gambling, drinking and his own money, plus he’s facing charges in the MLA expense scandal.

Credit Union Atlantic foreclosed on his Dartmouth home, and today, the property went up for bids.

Bidding opened at $2823.08, with the Credit Union bidding against one other person.

The price rose to $150,000, with the Credit Union, the plaintiff, getting the winning bid.

It was revealed before the sale that the home in Albro Lake has some damage from broken pipes.
