Former drunk driver charged with drugged driving

The people of HRM continue to help police catch drunk drivers.
Stats are in for May, and out of the 51 people charged with impaired driving, 16 were caught because of calls from concerned citizens.
Nine more were found after collisions.
Of the 51 cases, three involved drug impairment.
One of those three was driving a car with an iginition interlock device which had been installed for a previous drunk driving conviction.
