19-year-old charged with cocaine possession

A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking following a vehicle stop in Cape Breton.

Police say they seized his car and what they called a large quantity of cocaine during the stop at about 7 p.m. Friday.

The man was remanded to the Cape Breton Correctional Centre and will appear in provincial court tomorrow.
