21-year-old dies after vehicle crashes into culvert

A man is dead after a single vehicle accident in the Halifax area.
The crash occurred early Saturday on the Ketch Harbour Road where police say the vehicle left the road and struck a culvert.
The 21-year-old victim, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Herald reports there were no obvious signs of alcohol or speed having been the reason for the crash.
His name is being withheld pending notifications of family members.
