David Wesley Bobbitt arrested

OSOYOOS (NEWS1130) – The most wanted man in BC has been arrested. David Wesley Bobbitt was picked up thanks to a tip.

Mounties say an orchardist spotted Bobbitt setting up camp on his property and called police. Bobbitt was picked up in Osoyoos.

He’s been the focus of a nation wide hunt, accused in a vicious sex assault that happened in Penticton over the weekend. A 22-year old woman was allegedly bound and attacked for as long as 12 hours. It all happened in front of her 22-month old son.

She was found by her family, tied up in a second hand store, and is still in hospital.
