Gas price climbs more than expected

We hope you filled up before midnight! The price of gas has taken a huge jump: 4.8 cents to 126.8 now for self serve regular.

New Brunswick’s regulated price only increased 3 cents this week.

Diesel in metro is also up 3 cents to a new maxiumum price of of 124.8.

The UARB made its decision just before yesterday’s huge drops in commodity prices. Oil dropped more than $5 per barrel and wholesale gas fell around 10 cents.
