Gas prices stay steady for another week

We called it! Gas prices were expected to stay the same this week, and that’s what we’re seeing at the pumps this morning.

The Utilty and Review Board’s weekly reset of the regulated price made no difference this time.

We’re at $1.268/L for self-serve regular for the next week.

Diesel drivers get a small break, now at $1.241, down seven-tenths of a cent.

One year ago in Halifax, gas was less than a dollar, 99.9 cents per litre.
