Fresh violence in North Preston has RCMP calling on the community for information.
Shots were fired at a home on Cain Street at about 1:45am Thursday while two people were inside.
Neither of the occupants was injured when at least two bullets hit the home.
“It looks like this will be another one that will we need the assistance of the public to help the investigators who are good at their job, but without community input or assistance, these things can be difficult to solve,” said RCMP Corporal Scott MacRae.
This is the second time this month police have responded to a shooting on Cain Street.
A 19-year-old was taken to hospital in critical condition on December 8 after being shot several times while walking.
In April, 22-year-old Nathan Cross was shot to death in a small lane off cain street.
