Bedford Running Room robbed at gunpoint

A robber assaulted a woman working Thursday afternoon at the Running Room in Bedford.
The culprit with a handgun held up the store a little after 1pm.
After paramedics helped the victim, she told police the attacker was a light-skinned black man about 30 years old. He had a goatee, was wearing a black three-quarter length coat, black shoes, a small peaked hat and was carrying a messenger bag.
