The Duncan’s Cove man charged in the death of a man outside the Toothy Moose Cabaret in December has had his plea pushed back to next month.
Jason William Whitehead, 30, is charged with manslaughter in the death of James Phillip Mattatall, 23.
Whitehead was expected to enter a plea Monday during an appearance in Halifax Provincial Court, but the Chronicle Herald reports the case was delayed until March 12.
Mattatall was found unconscious outside the bar on Argyle Street, Dec. 17, and died in hospital later that day.
