Montreal cab driver charged with assault with a weapon & causing bodily harm through negligence after hit-and-run video posted to YouTube…the video shows a group of 8-10 people kicking the cab, one person climbing on top and jumping up and down on the roof, a few in the group trying to block the cab from leaving…then the cab running over a man in the group before driving off. Was this self defence?
