Major crime investigators in HRM are still looking for the information needed to lay a charge in a year-old murder case.
James Gregory Wareham, 37, was stabbed and killed in an apartment on Primrose Street in Dartmouth one year ago today – and his killer remains at large.
HRP Cst. Brian Palmeter says the investigation is very much on-going.
“This is a case where we have a lot of information to work on, but obviously we aren’t quite at the point of being able to make an arrest and lay charges,” he said. “Certainly we’re interested in speaking to anyone that does have informaiton, if anybody hears anything or has any firsthand information, then obviously we would love to speak to them.”
Police believe Wareham knew his killer.
