Clarification: Panetta-Vietnam story

HANOI, Vietnam – In a story about an exchange of soldiers’ belongings between the United States and Vietnam, The Associated Press reported that it was the first such exchange between the two countries. Rather, it was the first time a Vietnamese defence minister and an American secretary of defence had ceremonially exchanged such artifacts. There have been several other exchanges between the two countries.
