Missing man may have been spotted in Antigonish

RCMP are looking for a man who’s been missing for a week.

Michael Berthier, 48, was supposed to have taken a bus to Saint Peter’s from Cobequid Road in Lower Sackville last Monday. He got to the bus stop but has not been seen since.

There’s a report he might have been seen in Antigonish on Thursday.

Michael Berthier is 5’10”, 240 pounds with grey hair. He was wearing a black jacket with a white stripe, an orange t-shirt, jeans and grey sneakers.

Searchers are asking for tips at any RCMP detachment or local police.
