The eastbound collector lanes of the Gardiner Expressway will be closed Saturday for maintenance work, the City of Toronto said.

The eastbound collector lanes from Wickman to Park Lawn roads will be closed 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Motorists can use Lake Shore Boulevard or the Queensway as alternative routes during the closure.

The city also recommended that the public use public transit as an alternative.
